OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS
Words. Voice.
In-game intent.
A game localization connects dialogue, character, performance and technical delivery. Human direction carries creative responsibility through every stage.
FROM MATERIALS TO GAME
One workflow.
Six stages.
Our workflow is built around characters, scenes and performance. Context, direction and review guide the work from the first line to the in-game result.
- 01
Game / localization materials
Start from the game context, available dialogue and technical requirements. Agree a protected review build or limited materials with the developer for an upcoming title.
- 02
Dialogue & character analysis
Identify who is speaking, to whom and with what intent. Establish character references, terminology and pronunciation.
- 03
Russian adaptation
Translate and adapt for spoken Russian, character and scene. Review consistency and account for each line’s timing.
- 04
Voice direction & production
Guide casting, delivery and emotional continuity. Voice technology assists production; human direction shapes the performance.
- 05
Timing / QC / mastering
Review wording, pronunciation, performance, timing and audio. Edit and master selected takes against the delivery requirements.
- 06
In-game integration
Prepare the game audio assets, integrate the localization, check it in context and package the release or agreed delivery.
03 / OUR APPROACH
The tools evolve.
The creative responsibility stays human.
Human-directed.
AI-assisted.
Story first.
Technology helps us scale voice production and explore takes. People remain responsible for casting, adaptation, character consistency, pronunciation, emotion, timing, quality control and the final performance.
Context before generation. Character, scene, audience, and intent come first.
Review before delivery. Language and performance are checked together.
Clarity before production. Scope, permitted voice use, and delivery requirements are agreed at the start.
THE HUMAN DECISIONS
Technology assists.
People decide.
AI supports production and iteration. Final creative and quality decisions remain with people.
